What a fun night at the Royal Canadian Navy Curling Club on Dow's Lake! Everyone had a great time. Lots of dancing went on - in fact, I'm pretty sure there wasn't a single song that didn't have people up and dancing. This was exactly the type of gig that we love to do - the energy levels were so high that you couldn't help but to dance or wiggle in your chair. The dinner was excellent with succulent roast beef, and veggies. The desserts offered were slices of paradise! The ladies did a fantastic job organizing, cooking and making sure everyone enjoyed themselves. Special thanks to Kathryn, Tammy, Carla, Natalie and Mandy for giving so much of yourselves to such a wonderful cause. Check out the photos in the gallery!
Again thanks to Art Castonguay for keeping the beat! We love having him on board.
On other news, Kinnexa and Chito, performing as "Feargaill" will be playing Celtic music on April 29, Sunday from 6-9pm at the Barley Mow in Barrhaven. This is in support of the charity event "Quest For The Cure". Hope to see you all there.
